Strange Snowball Behavior with Levitation

When giving the player Levitation and quickly clearing the effect, snowballs will be thrown straight up instead of the way the player is facing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up command blocks that give the player minecraft:levitation for 1 second, set to 255 amplifier, then take it away after a short pause.

2. Throw snowballs repeatedly while this happens, and they will behave incorrectly.
