Totem of undying can fail

Hmm. I was able to reproduce this once, but I couldn't get it to occur again, or find out why it happened. Will continue testing.

As far as I can tell this seems to happen rarely my suspect is it happens when the total health to kill you is some .0% off from what is needed and the trigger for totem of undying is lower than this. IE you die from 0.5 health after taking 0.49999999999 damage but the totem only triggers if you take 0.500000000000001  or something along those lines. I tried repeating the test about 30 times it only happened once so even if it does it seems to be an edge case.

I've tried for an hour but can't get a reliable repro case for this. If someone can post repro steps or a map with a repro case that would be extremely helpful.
