Custom 3D Models Lighting Issue

When we use a txp that have a custom 3D model there can occurs lighting bug that cause a certain side (north/west/east/south/up/down) to be visible as almost completly black if not at the collision box edge and a solid block touches that. 

Settings:
Smooth lighting: Maximum
Graphic: Fancy

Nests are rotated 180° but it still works the same way

I think that this can be related to MC-51447 but I was said to create a new ticket

I found that the light is being applied to the wrong faces. here you can see some examples:

Edit: I think the issue is that it is treating all cubes like they are 16x16. For example, if there is an instance of the first image then only the top of the main cube should be shaded. The thing is that the game shades all of the cubes on the top. Also, the model is from Classic 3D.
