Pillager horn celebration sound in the subtitles shows "Pillager cheers"

The bug

If a player fails to defend a raid (Raid - Defeat; victory for the illagers) and one the pillagers blare the celebration horn, the subtitles for the sound will show "Pillager cheers" even though they blare a horn. Trivially relates to MC-159815

Isn't that suppost to happen? The Raid-Defeat bossbar means that the illagers won, and they cheer beacuse of THEIR victory

The pillager is just cheering by blaring the horn. I don't see how this is a bug.
