Shulker boxes and chests in the inventory are shaded very light

Note here how red sandstone and other blocks have a darker left side, whereas shulker boxes have all three faces equally lit.

Confirmed. Chests are affected as well. Beds are not.

2D items also seem to be darker than they should be.

That's MC-161843.

Actually, shulker boxes and chests do have weak shading in 19w41a .... could be a little more though

May be fixed in 19w44a, I cant really tell.
