Normal Zombies and Husks' Heads are gone Black with no Texture

I have just discovered that no matter you spawn a zombie or a husk by using the "/summon" command or by the spawn eggs, their heads appear to be black with no texture. This does not happen to the zombie villager and drowned zombie variants. This bug only occurs in the snapshot 19w41a and not in any previous versions. This is potentially a texture bug. Please consider to fix it, and thank you for your time.
