Honey blocks do not move certain blocks attached to them

Honey blocks move other blocks and also entities that are attached to them. While this may lead players to believe that this applies to any attached block, this is not true for all of them.

1. Place a sign on top of a honey block.
2. Push the honey block sideways with a piston.

Note how the sign is not moved at all.
