This autojumping behaviour could not be reproduced in Bedrock (PC). 
Solo animals and mobs would not move up honey stairs. and neither could ridden animals move up.

Can confirm in 26.3 Release Candidate 2. Coaxing a pig with a carrot won’t make it jump up, but riding it and using a carrot on a stick does, which is very odd.
