[MC-165586] Creeper and lit TNT flashing is different than before

While it's nice that the flashing is not entirely white anymore, it is now barely visible.

I am confused about my report now. According to MC-47941, this is expected behavior. However, it's been marked as an important rendering bug.

At least for creepers the difference is too fine, so it's hard to see a difference. TNT could maybe need a tweak as well.
