TNT flashes are translucent once again

The bug

The bug MC-165586 makes a return, although it is for TNT alone and does not affect Creepers. Once again, TNT flashes are almost transparent, unlike previous versions.

How to reproduce

1. Place a block of TNT in a safe area.

2. Ignite the TNT with Flint and Steel.
   → ❌ The flashes are translucent.
