Link to what's happening, basically I come back from an afk session of about 20 minutes I went to make food, then when I go check on my creeper farm/concrete converter+tnt duper my whole game just breaks. Things are interactive but don't do anything, like sand falling if one's broken beneath it etc. I'd just love some help it's the first world I've ever made, I have no back ups, as well as I just want it gone at this point. I don't care about the hard work and the amount of resources I had up there I just want to enter that area without everything breaking.

Okay so I just tried this and I can place blocks, I can't open chests, all I can do is place and break. Although the tick speed is definitely 3 if that means anything.
I can also eat yes but it doesn't change my hunger, also it only happens in that one area. Everywhere else in the world is completely fine. Once I go to that area and go anywhere else the whole world breaks.
Checking that now for you, downloaded 1.15 and I'm attempting as I'm typing.
Yes, it is. Does the same thing as it had done in 1.14.4, I enter that one area and I can no longer use my fireworks, as well as I'm in a constant state of flight with nothing being interactive apart from being able to break blocks which don't drop anything once broke.

What? It's only non vanilla because the game got boring after my game bugged, when this had happened I had nothing downloaded.
Please don't say it's invalid, all of this happened on vanilla minecraft nothing installed at all, I come back from an afk session and it happened. I only downloaded world edit and other things as of recent to try fix this! Unreal
Sorry but that is actually ridiculous, it all happened on vanilla minecraft, the main game, nothing else was ever added until this week when my world turned to ruins and I was forced with the task of trying to repair it!
This is not a resolved issue, it's still in my world and you're trying to write off the only help I've so far received.
The only things I have downloded are BD craft because the game got boring once my first world did this, then I downloaded world edit in a last ditch effort to figure out what was going on and it didn't help me at all. That is literally it, it was vanilla minecraft and I'm sorry for coming off as heated but I am. I need this help, I loved this world and I got very upset seeing that you're going to deny me all help because I downloaded some stuff after to make the game interesting again!
Absolutely ridiculous policy to just copy paste into someones thread who's seeking genuine help and you're not even remotely concerned if I get help to fix my world or not, so stupid. You never even asked if it was in vanilla when it happened! So so stupid.
Can you eat, place blocks etc. when this happens? It could be that the local server runs too many ticks behind.
