When wearing an enchanted chest plate, and holding a shield in either hand, the part of the shield around the arm has the enchantment glint.

I checked, and I do not encounter this in either 1.16.1 or 20w27a

Fixed in snapshot 20w18a, most likely as along with MC-173747
You can see this visual glitch on other people and armour stands aswell
It is also as far as i can confirm in the latest snapshot 20w11
