When wearing an enchanted chest plate, and holding a shield in either hand, the part of the shield around the arm has the enchantment glint.

You can see this visual glitch on other people and armour stands aswell
It is also as far as i can confirm in the latest snapshot 20w11

Can this still be reproduced in 1.16 Pre-release 3?

Unable to reproduce in 1.16-pre3.

@unknown, can you check if this is fixed in 1.16.1, or 20w27a?

I checked, and I do not encounter this in either 1.16.1 or 20w27a

Fixed in snapshot 20w18a, most likely as along with MC-173747
