When I open the world,I see the chest texture are missing and broken and even enchanted items too.

The same happened to me. I found it helpful if you put on "Programmer Art", the chest is fixed but the enchantment is still broken. Also, the iron golem is broken as well, so I don't know what happened. Maybe they retextured? Also, does your texture pack say "Incompatible (made for an older version of Minecraft)"? Hope this helps.
