Rabbits do not spawning on snow block, podzol and coarse dirt, making rabbits is spawn rarely on mega taiga biomes and don't spawn on ice plains spikes biomes.

Rabbits not spawning on snow blocks should be fixed in 1.18 by MC-202376. Can confirm in 1.17.1.

I can no longer reproduce this in 21w37a as MC-202376 was fixed, please close this issue.
