Horse Saddles have weird visual glitching on them

When riding a horse, the horse saddle has some weird graphical issues going on.

It seems to only happen when the horse is wearing horse armor.

Also, the strings on the saddle appear to have some weird z-fighting issues, though this may not be noticeable in the images.
