Narrator still repeats "Crafting" while press Open Inventory button in Nether Portal

The bug

Attempting to open your inventory while standing in a nether portal causes the narrator to say "Crafting" despite the fact that your inventory does not actually open.

How to reproduce

1. Ensure you are in Survival mode:

   /gamemode survival

2. Set the narrator to "Narrates All" in accessibility settings

3. Open your inventory
   → ✔ The narrator says "Crafting"

4. Enter a nether portal

   /setblock ~ ~ ~ nether_portal

5. Immediately press the key to open your inventory
   → ❌ The narrator says "Crafting" even though your inventory remains closed
