[MC-170009] Boat rotates slightly after being placed

Whenever I place a boat, on any block, it will rotate. In my screenshots, I placed a boat at a 90 degree angle but it rotates after placed.

The issue is not clear from these screenshots. Could you please include more information?

In the first two screenshots it shows, Facing: west (Towards negative X) (90.0 / 31.2)

But when I get into the boat after placing it the following is shown, Facing: west (Towards negative X) (91.4 / 31.2)

Say, I think it's always 1.4 degrees! I'll have to try a couple times and check.
