Armor stands placed instant wrong direction.
Boats, boat with chest, bamboo raft and bamboo raft fixed in 1.21.2 Pre-Release 3.
Steps to Reproduce
Obtain some armor stands.
Place both of these items down multiple times and watch their rotation closely as you do this.
Observed Behavior
Armor stands momentarily face the incorrect direction upon being placed.
Expected Behavior
Armor stands would not momentarily face the incorrect direction upon being placed.

Seems mostly fixed in 18w20c, just that with F3+B the eye level indicator / the blue line always faces south.
Can confirm this behavior in 21w40a. Here are some extra details regarding this problem.
