I can't rename my parrots

Hello, I'm trying to rename my two parrots with two nametags with different names, but when I click with the right mouse button, the parrots just sit or get up and they are not renamed. However, this bug only happens with parrots, as I used the same nametag to rename one of my cattle for slaughter. Thanks for attention and sorry about my English.
