Armor dropped by mobs is full durability every time, and mobs drop all of their armor, instead of only one piece

Ive recently noticed my skeleton farm has been producing a oddly high number of armor that is full durability. (See attached screenshot)

I am not sure if any other mobs are affected, but ive gotten all of the armor from skeletons.

Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Spawn in or find a mob with any armor piece(s)

2. Kill the mob (I am not sure if looting 3 affects it, but thats how i kill most mobs)

3. You should get a piece of full durability armor, or all the armor the mob is wearing.
