The snowy_shepherds_house_1 village structure never generates

Tested in 1.15.2, traveled more than 70,000 blocks in Snowy Tundra buffet world, and I found about 50 villages and none of them had shepherds house. Villager cannot become a shepherd by the default in Snowy Tundra

Code analysis

Code analysis by @unknown can be found in MC-253778. There is a typo on the jigsaw block: “minecraft:buidling_entrance” instead of “minecraft:building_entrance”.

This bug makes the shepherd loot chest unobtainable.

Can confirm for 1.20.1. Also important to mention that the reason behind this bug is that the jigsaw in the file says "buidling_entrance" instead of "building_entrance".

Can confirm for 1.21.1. Without this house, the shepherd loot pool is not accessible.
