[MC-183594] The 5th large inner and outer hoglin stables do not generate in bastions

The structures bastion/hoglin_stable/large_stables/inner_4 and bastion/hoglin_stable/large_stables/outer_4 do not generate. This is because they are not included in the bastion/large_stables/inner and bastion/large_stables/outer pools (defined in BastionHoglinStablePools.java).

This error is likely due to the fact that there are only 4 small stables (0-3), and the large stable pools were just copied and pasted.
