A Netherite helmet with enchantments loses its enchantment glint effect when viewed from certain angles outside of first person view.
Video example can be found here: https://youtu.be/JCHve7ax504
Steps to reproduce:
Grab a netherite helmet from creative combat tab
Place helmet in your main hand
Run the command /enchant @s mending
Place the helmet on your head
Press F5 to switch camera modes and rotate your viewing position
Update:
Included a texture override for the helmet portion of the netherite armor, filling all sides with a solid color. Bug still persists and enchantment glint layer still completely disappears.
Attached an updated screenshot along with the test resourcepack.

I just came to post the same thing, except while I've been unable to see it vanish on myself, it does appear/disappear when placed on armor stands for me. Additionally, the boots on an armor stand seem to show the enchantment effect from all angles, but not show it at all if they're the only armor piece on the stand. It does appear to only effect Netherite.
I can see this bug being related to MC-170819 loosely at best, since both cover enchanted items; but this is a full disappearing act of the enchantment layer rendering on the helmet, as opposed to some transparent pixels in a texture file that cause the enchantment layer (and generated model) to extend past the visual texture of a sword.
