Using Shift + F3 to open the debug pie chart results in the chart remaining on screen at all times until restarting the game, including load screens, the main menu, and when hiding ui by pressing F1. After pressing F3 it seems to stop functioning and only remains as an image of what it last was.
What I expected to happen was...:
Chart would hide when hitting F3 again
What actually happened was...:
Chart remains visible until restart
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Shift + F3
2. Press F3 again
3. Pie chart remains on screen until restarting game
