Crimson and warped fungi (fungus for singular), roots and nether sprouts can be placed on dirt, course dirt, grass blocks, farmland and podzol, but not mycelium.

Fixed for Fungi. Can still reproduce with roots and sprouts, however.

Fully fixed in 21w16a.
