[MC-171515] Semi-transparent items don't render properly in front of semi-transparent blocks

When colored glass item is dropped on placed colored glass you can see through it beyond a few blocks, the dropped colored glass item makes all colored glass transparant.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Try it with the latest graphics driver for your card (currently that is 442.19) and see if the issue persists.

Though this would be a dupe of MC-9553 or MC-35920, I think this should be left alive so that it is fixed.

Isn't this the same issue as MC-165962?
