Right-clicking on villagers that has a profession sometimes can cause hand animation to still play after destroying a villager's workstation

The bug

If right-clicking a villager with a profession a few times and breaking their workstation block, hand animation plays even if the villager is unemployed, yet they yield no trades. Least likely intentional, however considered a bug due to MC-162036.

How to reproduce

1. Spawn villager

2. Place a workstation block and wait for the villager to have a profession

3. Right-click on the villager with the profession

4. Break the workstation block and the villager loses their job
   → ❌ The hand animation plays when right-clicking onto an unemployed villager
