[MC-162036] Trying to right-click unemployed/nitwit villagers does not display arm animation

When repeatedly right-clicking with nitwit/unemployed villagers (Ones who has no profession or trades), it does not display the arm animation. This should be linked as a related to MC-127094 along with the 14 other issues linked to it.

an unemployed villager cant trade.

This is very likely intentional as attempting to trade with unemployed villagers is an unsuccessful actions, and unsuccessful actions don't display hand animations.
