[MC-172197] Nylium is not dropping netherrack when it is broken by pickaxe

Nylium drops itself when it is broken, not netherrack. Nylium is simmilar to grass blocks and it must drop netherrack like grass blocks drop dirt. Nylium must be only obtainable by digging it with pickaxe enchanted with silk touch.

Nylium and the vines are supposed to work without Silk Touch.

If it's working as intended, then how come it was also marked "WAI" for the bedrock codebase to drop netherrack when mined w/o silk touch? Refer to MCPE-66941.

The bug here isn't that nylium drops itself or doesn't drop itself. It is that there is a difference between editions.
