The mouse seems to "stick" while looking around, it will jump to where it should be after a fraction of a second.
Doesn't seem to happen while looking around without moving, but happens repeatedly while moving and looking, especially while holding left or right with forward or back.
Frame rate doesn't decrease when it "sticks", and movement continues fine, just the view takes a while to update with the new position, which has resulted in a few deaths due to falling.

Issue first noticed using Razer Mamba, tried using a different wireless mouse, didn't fix.
Updating LWJGL to 2.9.0 didn't fix it.
Not checked with other Java games yet.

Running using no mods, issue still there.
Running using Tekkit, issue still there.
Running using FTB, issue still there.
Running in Eclipse after creating a new Minecraft Forge setup and the sticking isn't there.

Identical issue here, mouse sticks through rotation. Using a hardwired USB mouse (Logitech G400), PS/2 keyboard, Windows 7 x64 & Java 1.7.0_21. Updated LWJGL to 2.9.0, issue only occurs with Minecraft.
