stats and advancements got reset after i died in minecraft while my laptop storage got full

After I died in Minecraft while my laptop storage got full and the game crashed then after I clean up some storage and started the game again it crashed several times and then I was in my base had half of the inventory I was carrying and half disappeared and my stats and advancements got reset

please help
