Unable to access parts of inventory

I am unable to access parts of my personal inventory. The in-game cursor will not move into the 4 inventory squares on the far right in the top row of the inventory screen, but this bug only happens sometimes. I can clear it with a re-load of the world, or using my laptops touch screen. The mouse cursor will move into that portion of the screen, but the in-game cursor will not when in inventory viewer.
