No animation when wet wolves shake off water in certain conditions

The bug

There is no animation when a wet wolf starts to shake off water too soon after getting out of it or when only the horizontal center of the hitbox is in a dry space while the rest of the hitbox is in water or rain. Unsure which is causing the issue.
