Enderman can spawn on and teleport to warped wart block. This makes enderman walk on warped big fingi.

I hope not to cause any issues or offend, but is "endermen spawning on warped wart blocks" really working as intended? Especially if hoglins, piglins, and zombiefied piglins not spawning on Nether Wart Blocks is also WAI? at least according to MC-173666 and MC-174811 ? This feels like it could be an oversight on the developer's part?
