Mushrooms or Nether fungi can replace the stem of large nether fungi (trees)

In around the same place, you can still find a crimson fungus overlapping a crimson tree, so confirmed for both.

Is this still an issue? If so, can you post updated seed/coords, since the ones you posted are now outdated due to worldgen/biome changes? 🙂

Here is a seed and coordinates in 20w20b where the stem of a large crimson fungus is replaced by a brown mushroom. This is probably the same issue (even though it is a mushroom instead of a small crimson or warped fungus).
