[MC-174478] Jumping in Soul Sand with Soul speed dosen't work.

When you jump and sprint in soul sand even with Soul Speed you still jump like if there was no enchantment in the boots at all.

Confirmed. I would expect the soul sand to not slow you down at all when jumping on it.
