Fish/Swimming sounds are louder than they should be

This bug happened out of nowhere when I was playing. It seemed like every time I walked over the ice, the game would play the fish/swimming sound really loud, then stopped when I went back onto land. I haven't been able to reproduce this, but I did catch it on video, which there will be a link to below.

In the video, I turned Friendly Mob sounds off, but the game was still trying to play the sound. I turned them back on, and the sound could be heard again. Killing the fish at the end seemed to remove the glitched sound.

I added a file where you see that it also plays while flying in the air (20w13b)

the fish is also stuck and doesnt move at all while making that noise

Fish shouldn't make swimming sounds at all, right?

Confirmed on 20w14a, but sometimes after restarting the game the sound still okay.

I'm still having this issue? I don't understand why its marked as resolved, unless I'm missing something obvious hhh
