How to reproduce:
1) Added a non-bed block to the #beds block tag (or download the attached datapack)
2) Create a small enclosure
3) Set the time to night
3) Place the added block (in our case, cobblestone) in the enclosure
4) Summon a cat and tame it
Judging by the crash report (attached), these seems to be a result of cobblestone not having a head/foot part.
