[MC-175990] Lodestone compass needle spins around quickly when the lodestone has been destroyed or is not in the same dimension

The bug

When the lodestone that a lodestone compass is attached to is destroyed, the needle of the lodestone compass spins around furiously.

To reproduce

Place a lodestone
Use a compass on it
Destroy the lodestone
→ ❌ The compass needle spins around like crazy

It also happens if lodestone is in another dimension.

I expect it to behave like a regular compass in the nether or end, with the same animation.

I think it should at least have a new tag that it doesn't need the lodestone anymore which is "creative only". Because it would be really cool to be able to use that mechanic in survival data packs and stuff.
