[MC-176628] Frost Walker protects player from fire

Wearing boots with the Frost Walker enchantment protects players that are standing in fire from damage and being set on fire.

This is intended, it's "Frost Walker", it also protects from magma blocks, and I believe also campfires

It protecting from magma blocks and campfires is intentional and was already the case in 1.15. It protecting from fire was never mentioned anywhere and didn't happen in 1.15, so I don't think it's intended.
