Some subtitles are still missing for some sounds

The bug

MC-91893 has been fixed but some subtitles are still missing for some sounds.

Affected sounds

• Music playing (Background music (Intended?) and records)

• Elytra flying (item.elytra.flying)

• Moving minecart

• Polar bear footsteps (entity.polar_bear.step) (expected subtitles.block.generic.footsteps)

• Cat purring

Sounds added in 1.13 snapshots:

• Underwater ambient sounds

Sounds added in 1.14 snapshots:

• Loom sounds

  • ui.loom.select_pattern

  • ui.loom.take_result

• Stonecutter sounds
