Piglin banner pattern naming is incorrect

The bug

Minecraft 20w15a added a new banner pattern - Piglin.

Since there is already - among others - "Creeper Charge" and "Skull Charge", I think this item.minecraft.piglin_banner_pattern.desc should also be named "Piglin Charge".

Also, the in-banner phrases are missing for English, e.g. block.minecraft.banner.piglin.green should be "Green Piglin Charge".

The last paragraph of this report is already described in MC-177790, but it might be a valid bug that "Charge" is not in the name of the banner pattern.

The same goes for "Thing". (item.minecraft.mojang_banner_pattern.desc) and its colour variations (block.minecraft.banner.mojang.black, etc) should have "Charge" added.

It doesn't sound fitting if you add "Charge" in the "Thing" banner pattern.

I'm not sure I agree. To me it "Thing Charge" sounds just as sensible as "Flower Charge", "Creeper Charge", or "Skull Charge". Certainly more than Thing makes sense on its own.

I'm realising as I type this though, that "Globe" is also an exception, meaning we have 3 with the word charge (Flower Charge, Creeper Charge and Skull Charge) and 3 without (Thing, Globe and Piglin).

I don't care which system we go with, but I do think it should be consistent.

TBH, it sounds like a feature request. But this is a huge inconsistency. Confirmed for 20w16a
