Nether planks, their variants, and hyphae are harder than stems

The bug

Stems are softer than wood, but this logic does not apply to crimson/warped: hyphae, planks, slabs, stairs, fences, fence gates, signs, doors, trapdoors, pressure plates, and buttons. They have the same hardness as wood instead.
