[MC-178215] When teleporting to a different dimension, XP temporarily disappears

When teleporting to a different dimension from either console or a friend, your XP levels disappear until you relog or gain XP.

Run the following command and notice you have 178,215 XP levels.
```
/xp set @p 178215 levels
```

Run

/execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @p ~ ~ ~

❌ Notice how your XP levels disappear.

Can confirm in 20w51a. Here are some easier steps to reproduce the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

/xp set @p 178215 levels

/execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @p ~ ~ ~

→ ❌ Notice how your xp levels disappear.

Cannot reproduce in 24w20a. Someone who was able to reproduce before please double check.
