I'm unable to reproduce this in 1.16 Pre-release 2, please provide exact reproduction steps on how to get the Zoglin stuck.

I'm also unable to reproduce this in 1.16.3. Everytime I summon a zoglin behind a block and aggro it, it jumps onto the block fine.
