[MC-179796] Bastion remnants have no foundation

Bastion remnants have no foundation, and instead stop generating when they touch lava, unlike Nether fortresses. To reproduce, use the seed -269986880616633361, go into spectator mode, and run the following command:

/execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @p 4050 8 -4920 80 -35

Would be great if this is reconsidered; it floating in lava looks unnatural and plain weird, and it is inconsistent with other large/surface structures.
