[MC-17985] Multiple zombie pigmen spawn when pig struck by simultaneous lightning bolts

When a pig is struck by more than 1 lightning bolt at once, more than 1 zombie pigman will spawn

What I expected to happen: One zombie pigman would spawn

What happened: Multiple zombie pigmen spawned (1 for each lightning bolt)

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
