Nether biomes generation changed in 20w17a

Before 20w17a I used to spawn in a soulsand valley with the other biomes very close to me, I  used to be able to find an equal amount of the old and new biomes in the nether. Now i generated the seed again in 20w17a and now i see soul sand valleys occasionally and large nether wastes and basalt delta biomes. It seems that the nether forest biomes are sparse out now seperated by large nether wastes.

This change is not mentioned in the changelog. Here's a pic for example of my spawn in 20w16a and 20w17a.

Please revert back to the original nether biomes generation! Thanks 😃
