i was playing on a minecraft server with some friends and then i decided to make a nether portal, it went to a random cave, then, when i was exploring far away from my home (more than 130 blocks) i saw one of those nether portal structures thing from the update and decide to light it up, and when i entered the nether i noticed it was the same place from my first portal, and when i tried to go back it lead me to my first portal way back in my home. I tested in other versions and this is only present in the new versions

"More than 130 blocks" is not far enough away to generate a new portal in the Nether.
Remember, the Nether is a 1:8 compression ratio (1 block in the Nether is 8 blocks in the Overworld). 130 blocks in the Overworld is less than 20 blocks distance in the Nether.
