Alex model problem

Seems like the Alex model is down apparently, on namemc and on the Minecraft launcher it says I'm an Alex but when I log into a server and solo game my skin model is converted to a steve and I've done anything I could think of and still nothing, Please I hope this can get fixed soon

I'm getting this problem in 1.13.2 and 1.14.4
